Both my son and I have a sensitivities to soy and corn, so it’s not often we’ll consume tofu or corn. However, occasionally we will enjoy some non-GMO organic sprouted tofu and organic corn.
The issue when we continue to eat foods that our unique bodies are sensitive to is we overburden our body and make it work a lot harder than it would prefer to, overtime this can lead to your immune system being exhausted. So it’s best to listen to what works for your personal body, and work with your body rather than against it.
This lunch is super quick and easy and usually something you can throw together with whatever you have in the fridge.
