Thai Green Curry

This is the perfect meal if you have nothing planned for dinner, and are short on time. • 50g quality red curry paste • 1 can coconut milk • 225g bamboo shoot • 1/2 Lime, zest only • 1/2 red chili • 100g frozen peas • 100g broccoli • 100g bok choy • 85g red capsicum • 20 g fresh basil.

Throw everything in the thermomix for 10 mins, 100, reverse, speed 1. Add basil at end for 1 min. 👌🌱
