Caramel Slice

Date

Base – 1 cup almonds. 8 dates. ⁣

Carmel layer – 1/2 cup any seed / nut butter. 1/2 cup coconut oil. 8 dates. ⁣

Chocolate layer – 1/3 cup coconut oil. 2 tbsp cacao. 1/4 cup maple syrup. ⁣

Base: Process almonds in food processor till ground into flour then add dates & process until sticks together, press into a pan & put into fridge. Caramel: process all ingredients in food processor until smooth, spread evenly over base & put back in fridge. Chocolate: whisk all ingredients together until smooth, spread evenly over base & put back in fridge to set overnight.
